3 Ingredient Fat Bombs

I truly believe that I do not have to spend too much money on eating keto. Two things I avoid  buying fbombs and MCT Oil when I can get benefits of coconut oil. I understand the MCT Oil might show results faster, but hey I am not in a hurry. I will probably stick with the ketogenic protocol for the rest of my days.

So here is the recipe for the fatbombs I like to make for myself. I use them mostly when I know my meal wasn’t fatty enough.

Ingredients: (4 servings)

  • 4 tbsp Extra Virgin Coconut Oil  (I like ALDI‘s brand)
  • 1 tbsp 100% Cocoa Powder (unsweetened)
  • Stevia Extract to taste (I use Better Stevia)

 

Instructions:

Melt the coconut oil. Add and mix the powder ingredients. Pour into cupcake liners or silicone ice trays. Let it cool off and harden (do not freeze). Store in individual ziploc baggies.
